Ford Bronco & F-150–F-350 4x4 Transmission Crossmember & Mount Diagram

This exploded parts diagram shows the transmission crossmember and insulator (transmission mount) assembly for Ford F-150 through F-350 4x4 trucks and the Bronco. It is divided into four illustration panels. The upper-left panel (View Z) details the insulator assembly used on all 4x4 vehicles, showing bracket 7108, upper absorber 6E039, lower absorber 6A061, lower retainer assembly 6054, and the cross member 5060, with fastener torque specs: bolt 56771 at 41-67 N·m (30-50 ft-lbs) and bolt 388824 at 82-108 N·m (60-80 ft-lbs). The upper-right panel shows the insulator 6D091 mounted to the support, secured with bolt and washer 387174-S2 torqued to 54-81 N·m (40-60 ft-lbs) and nut 45350 torqued to 68-94 N·m (50-70 ft-lbs). The lower-left panel gives an overall view of the crossmember support 5060 in the frame, locating the right hand gusset 7R314 and left hand gusset 7F468 (marked with red arrows by the uploader). The lower-right panel (View Y) shows the gusset attachment hardware: bolts 605814 and 605614 and nuts 620483. Front-of-vehicle orientation arrows are provided in each view.
