This is a machining blueprint from YIKESFAB, LLC (drawn by B. Beeler, dated 01-03-10) for a complete set of custom body mount pucks (bushings) for 1980–1996 Ford Broncos, to be machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Four puck designs are detailed, each shown in front and side views with dimensions: "A" Pillar (qty 2) — 3.0" outer diameter, 0.625" through-hole, 1.74" pilot/shoulder diameter, 1.13" overall thickness with a 0.13" step to a 1.00" body; "B" Pillar (qty 2) — 3.0" OD, 0.625" hole, 1.365" shoulder, 1.13" overall / 1.00" body; Bed (qty 4) — 3.0" OD, 0.625" hole, 1.365" shoulder, 1.30" overall / 1.175" body; Core Support (qty 2) — 2.5" OD, 0.625" hole, 1.365" shoulder, 1.25" overall / 1.125" body. Each part calls for breaking edges 1/16" in two places, and a general note requires breaking all edges 1/32" unless otherwise noted. A machinist or fabricator can use this drawing to make a full 10-piece solid aluminum body mount kit for an 80–96 Bronco.
