Ford Bronco SD Seat Adapter Passenger Side Brackets Blueprint - Dimensions
Engineering blueprint of passenger-side front and rear brackets showing dimensions, hole spacing and welded nuts.
This blueprint-style drawing, titled "Passenger Side Brackets," provides fabrication dimensions for two custom seat adapter brackets — a Front Bracket and a Rear Bracket — intended for mounting a Super Duty (SD) seat. Both brackets are cut from 1/4" thick carbon steel plate and are 15.50 inches long. The Front Bracket is 3.00 inches tall with a rounded lower-left corner and features three 0.3900-inch diameter holes: the first is 2.00 inches from the left edge, the second is 3.00 inches further along, and the third is 8.50 inches beyond that (2.00 inches from the right edge), with 11.50 inches between the outer holes. A welded 3/8 x 24 nut is specified at the mounting holes, and a 1.50-inch vertical dimension locates the hole line. The Rear Bracket is 2.00 inches tall with two 0.3900-inch holes spaced 11.50 inches apart, each 2.00 inches from the plate ends; 3/8 x 24 nuts are welded to the underside of the plate. A fabricator can use this drawing to reproduce the passenger-side adapter brackets used to fit Super Duty seats into a Ford Bronco, as part of a multi-page adapter plate set.
