2001 Ford Excursion & Super Duty F-250/F-550 Heated Seats Wiring Diagram

This is a factory-style wiring diagram titled "Heated Seats" for the 2001 Ford Excursion and Super Duty Series F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 (Pickup variant shown). It shows the complete heated seat circuits for both driver and passenger seats. Power in RUN comes from a 15A fuse (position 28) in the Central Junction Box on circuit 295 LB/PK through connectors C242b and splices S334 (driver) and S335 (passenger) to the driver and passenger heated seat switches. Constant battery power comes from a 30A fuse (position 15) in the Battery Junction Box on circuit 1153 RD/BK through connectors C1049M/F, C217F/M, and splice S223 to both solid-state heated seat modules (driver module connector C334, passenger connector C343 area). Each module drives the seat heater/temperature sensor (circuits 1060 BK/LB, 1061 BN/LB, 1064 YE/LB, 1067 VT/LB) and the seat back heater (circuit 1066 GY/LB) through connectors C332/C331 (driver) and C341/C340 (passenger). Switch outputs use circuits 1020 DG/VT and 461 OG (driver) and 581 RD and 461 OG (passenger). Grounding is via circuit 57 BK to ground point G900.
