It concludes the '1992 & Later EEC-IV Removal' section with Steps 20-22: loosening the retaining nuts holding the plastic cover to the EEC-IV processor, removing the cover, and removing the EEC-IV processor from the firewall location, noting that the inner fender well may need to be loosened and lowered per the shop manual.
