STEP 22: Remove the EEC-IV Prcessor from the rewall location. NOTE: lt may be necessary to loosen and lower the inner fender well. (See appropriate Shop Manual Installation Procedures STEP I: install the Motorsport EEC-IV processor into its mounting place. NOTE: Before installing the processor. check the 60 pin conneccor area for 3 orange gasket. If the gasket is not present. carefully remove it from the production processor. and insmll it on the Motorsport processor STEP 2; Re-install any processor mounting bracketfbolt Torque to 4- l0 in-lb. CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE BOLT. STEP 3: Re-install the kick panellplastic push pins.{lf required). STEP 4: Reinstall the scuffplate and re-install the scul'fplate screws.{lf required). 3% Install the Motorsport overlay 60 pin harness on the Motorsport processor. m Re-install the production 60 pin engine harness. CAUTION: DO N OT OVERTIGHTEN THE LOCKING BOLTS ON THE 60 PIN CONNECTORS. gm; install me Motorsport fuel injector connector caps to the production fuel Injector connectors. CAUTION : DO NOT USE ANY OTHER CONNECTOR CAPS ll!
