Ford Automatic Hub Lock Exploded Diagram 5/95-Up - Parts & Torque Specs

This document is an exploded parts diagram of the Ford automatic hub lock assembly used on vehicles built 5/95 and up. The illustration shows the front axle halfshaft, spindle, disc brake hub and rotor, wheel bearings, seals, thrust washers, and the automatic locking hub assembly in exploded view, with numbered callouts (1-21) keyed to a legend. Two torque specifications are provided: callout A specifies tightening to 4-6 N·m (35-53 lb-in), and callout B describes the wheel bearing seating procedure, tighten until snug while rotating the hub and rotor, back the nut off 90 degrees (1/4 turn), then tighten to 1.8 N·m (16 lb-in).
