1994 Ford Bronco/F-Series Courtesy Lamps Wiring Diagram - Keyless Entry (89-7)
Wiring diagram for 1994 Ford Bronco/F-Series courtesy lamps with remote keyless entry, color-coded circuits and connectors.
This document is page 89-7 from the 1994 Ford Bronco/F-Series Electrical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual (EVTM), covering the Courtesy Lamps circuit for vehicles equipped with Remote Keyless Entry. The wiring diagram shows power arriving from splice S212 (page 89-6) on circuit 706 GY, and circuit 54 LG/Y feeding the right rear courtesy lamp switch (connector C322, component location 151-22 A8), the left rear courtesy lamp switch (connector C321, location 151-22 D1), and the Remote Keyless Entry Module (location 151-14 B9) at connectors C241 (pin 16 power), C242 (pin 4 battery saver input), and C240 (courtesy lamp switch input). Module outputs include circuit 627 BK/O to the Anti-Theft Controller Module (page 112-1), battery saver output on pins 9 and 10 (page 89-10), and circuit 53 BK/LB through splice S299 to C200 (page 89-8) and through C228 to the right front door courtesy lamp (C606, location 151-19 A6). Ground returns on circuit 57 BK through splices S602 and S203. Circuit 24 DB/O runs from the rear switches to connector C300 (page 89-6). A reader can trace wire colors, circuit numbers, connector IDs, splice points, and cross-referenced pages for the courtesy lamp/keyless entry system.

Frequently asked questions
- What circuit and wire color feeds the courtesy lamp switches on a 1994 Bronco with remote keyless entry?
- Circuit 54 LG/Y (light green/yellow) feeds the right rear courtesy lamp switch (C322), left rear courtesy lamp switch (C321), and the Remote Keyless Entry Module.
- Where does the Remote Keyless Entry Module get power on this diagram?
- Power enters on pin 16 through connector C241 on circuit 54 LG/Y, supplied from splice S212 (see page 89-6) via circuit 706 GY.
- What wire goes from the keyless entry module to the anti-theft system?
- Circuit 627 BK/O (black/orange) runs from pin 8 at connector C241 to the Anti-Theft Controller Module, shown on page 112-1.
- Which circuit powers the right front door courtesy lamp?
- Circuit 53 BK/LB runs from the keyless entry module through splice S299 and connector C228 to C606 at the right front door courtesy lamp; ground returns on circuit 57 BK via splices S602 and S203.
- Where is the battery saver output on the Remote Keyless Entry Module?
- The battery saver output is on pins 9 and 10 of the module, detailed on page 89-10; the battery saver input is pin 4 at connector C242.
