1990 Ford Bronco Anti-Lock Brakes (RABS) Wiring Diagram - EVTM Page 42-2

This document is page 42-2 of a Ford factory electrical/vacuum troubleshooting manual (EVTM), showing the wiring schematic for the Anti-Lock Brakes system, specifically the Rear Anti-Lock Brake System (RABS). The diagram traces circuits from the ABS Rear Axle Sensor (specified at 1400 ohms) through wires 519 LG/BK and 523 R/PK, including splices S150 and S151 and the RABS Test Connector (referenced to page 34-1), into the solid-state Rear Anti-Lock Brake (RABS) Module (pins 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 13, 14 shown). Module outputs run via circuits 664 Y/LG, 599 LB/R, and 535 LB/R through connectors C102, C202, C133, and C158 to the RABS Valve Assembly (1.2 ohm and 4.0 ohm coils and a valve reset switch), grounding through wire 397 BK/W to ground G102. Power comes from fuse 18 (15A) in the fuse panel, hot in start or run, via circuit 640 R/Y and splice S216 to the 4x4 Indicator in the instrument panel, then circuit 210 LB through connectors C250, C202, C103, and C117 to the 4x4 Hi/Low Indicator Switch, which is closed in 4-wheel drive.
