1980-1990 Ford Bronco & F-Series Door Glass, Window Regulator Exploded Diagram

This document is an exploded parts diagram (Ford illustration P.15409) of a front door glass, vent window, and window regulator assembly for Ford full-size trucks and Broncos. It shows the door shell with weatherstripping and moldings (20518 outside-on-door molding, 21536 run/frame, 21410 door glass, 21448 and 21412 vent glass parts, 21408/21608 division bar and channel assemblies, 21458/21452 belt weatherstrips, 22296 glass run), the vent window pivot/latch hardware (22916, 22920, 22986, 22992, 22963, 22926), and two window regulator handle/crank configurations: a 1987-and-later handle setup (23342, 23370, 23227) and a 1980/86 handle setup (23342, 22624, 23227, 23370 with fasteners 381571-S13 and N620013-S). Manual regulator assembly 23200 with 23208 arm and 23240 rollers is shown, along with a power window motor/regulator (23394, 234A24). Speaker/access covers 209A20 (F600/900) and 20892 (F150/350 & Bronco) are also depicted with fasteners N805509-S (AS-20) and 385189-S100 (SS-47-B). Legend notes indicate parts marked with a dot are also serviced in assembly group 23200 and squares denote 1980/1986-only parts. The diagram helps identify Ford basic part group numbers for ordering door glass, regulator, and hardware components for 1980-1987+ trucks/Broncos.
